Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Rotation List ("App," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Rotation List is a team and task rotation management application that helps individuals, teams, and organizations create, manage, and track rotating assignments, duties, and responsibilities. The App is provided for personal and professional organizational use.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using Rotation List, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:

Any rotation lists, task names, team member names, or other data you enter into the App ("Your Content") remains yours. We do not claim ownership over Your Content.
Because Your Content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of Your Content. We are not liable for any loss of Your Content due to device failure, App updates, or uninstallation.

The App and all its original content, features, functionality, design, graphics, and underlying code are and will remain the exclusive property of Rotation List and its licensors. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the App beyond the limited license expressly set forth in Section 4.

The App uses PostHog for anonymous analytics. Your use of the App is subject to PostHog's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of PostHog or any other third-party service providers.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download and use of the App is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms will govern solely with respect to Apple's services.
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. To the extent that any App Store terms conflict with these Terms, the App Store terms shall prevail.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rotation List and its developers, officers, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, the license granted to you under Section 4 will immediately cease. Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 11 (Indemnification) shall survive any termination of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those protections will continue to apply.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and may notify you through the App or App Store release notes.
Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
